Why we collect it
The data is used to organise the conference, issue certificates, publish the proceedings, and send programme information. The newsletter address is used only to send announcements.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a spreadsheet held in the organisers' account with a cloud provider, accessible only to the organising team.
How long we keep it
Registration data is kept for as long as the proceedings remain published. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the email address on the contacts page.
Cookies
The site stores your language choice and your cookie decision in the browser. No advertising cookies are used.
