Scope
These terms cover the use of this website and participation in the conferences announced on it. Submitting the registration form means accepting them.
Submissions and publication
Authors confirm that the submitted work is their own and has not been published elsewhere. Authors keep the copyright and grant the organisers the right to publish the paper in the conference proceedings.
Changes to the programme
The organisers may change the programme, the session order or the venue if circumstances require it. Participants are informed by email.
Liability
The organisers are not responsible for travel or accommodation arrangements made by participants, nor for personal belongings during the event.
